“Matt, my husband, and I stayed at the Comfort Inn this past weekend for our wedding night and Karen really went the extra mile. When Matt stopped in to pay for the room and put our things in it he inquired about flowers for the room. Karen was working the front desk at the time and offered to go after her shift ended and purchase flowers for him and place in our suite. He gave her $50.00 cash to do so.
Not only did she purchase 2 dozen roses but also went to yet another store to purchase the clear stones and a vase. She put a note on it for him and put the ribbon on it. She really exceeded our expectations for customer service. The flowers are absolutely beautiful!
The next morning we saw her and she asked about our wedding and congratulated us several times. She is truly a wonderful addition to your staff. Not many people would offer their time to do such a thing for someone and we thought that the management should know what an outstanding employee she really is.”
