“Dear Mr. O’Connor,
This is the first time I have held a conference at your location.  I wanted to say that the staff exceeded my expectations. Example…..I arrived early on Sunday and was greeted by Rich from the conference center.  He reviewed everything with me and assisted me in making needed changes without hesitation.  Later in the evening he came to find me at Bennigan’s to review paperwork with me and be sure that I was all set for Monday.  I had in passing told him we would be over there for a trainer meeting.  WOW!!

THEN…..Rob was all over it Monday and Tuesday checking in with us and getting every last thing we needed for each breakout session.

Finally – Suzette was amazing as she went out of her way to help us find dry erase markers and really seemed invested in being sure we were satisfied.

What am amazing staff you have here.  I will be sure to set up another conference here when we are facing serving this region!!!!
